Job Description:We are looking for multiple passionate Junior AI Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in engineering and software development. You will be part of the dynamic and talented team with AI engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.Responsibilities:· Represent Technology department to collaborate with business stakeholders and assess different business needs, develop tailored AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity· Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools· Involved in the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven projects· Ensure high standards of engineering quality, including code reviews and best practices; ability to analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights to support decision-making· Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and enhancements post-delivery· Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to the managementQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field· 2-5 years of relevant working experience· Knowledge of AI technologies in one of domains NLP, Machine Learning, Robotics, Predictive Analysis, or Generative AI· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks· Basic knowledge of model quantization and optimization· Ability to work independently and multi-tasking· Good project management skill and communication skill· Fluency in English, Chinese speaking is a MUSTNice-to-Have:· Experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, or other mainstream tools· Experience in building agentic AIAbout FDMFDM powers the people behind tech and innovation.
