Summary:The Policy Administration Officer will play a key role in supporting insurance customers by managing policy servicing tasks and acting as a key communication bridge between the company and clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding policy administration matters (e.g., endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and document requests).· Proactively reach out to customers to clarify missing information, verify policy details, or guide them through administrative processes.· Accurately process policy changes in the system in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.· Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.· Monitor service requests and follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.· Handle client queries via email, phone, or in-person in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner.Required Qualifications:· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.· 1–3 years of experience in policy administration, customer service, or insurance operations.· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Cantonese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a strong plus.· Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues patiently and professionally.· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with insurance administration systems (e.g., policy management platforms).· Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
