We’re looking for a Store & Receiving Clerk at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong comfortable with balancing the books when it comes to managing the needs of owners, auditors and regulatory agencies while also monitoring and improving hotel profitability, providing full support to Operation Manager.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Moving accepted products to storage areas immediately to minimize employee theft and deterioration of product quality
Ensuring proper documentation on all goods delivered to the hotel as well as those returned to the suppliers
Ensuring the cleanliness of the Receiving Bay by liaison with Store helper or Stewarding staff whenever cleaning is required
Maintaining good integrity on store record and managing PAR stock in warehouse
Preparing stock reconciliation for food and non-food store items
Replenishing the warehouse items when inventory fall below PAR level

What we need from you

A minimum of 2 years' work experience in hotel related field
A higher diploma in accounting, finance or a related discipline
Strong integrity sense is a must
Hands-on, responsible, attention to details, possess good common sense
Good knowledge on wine and liquor
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
Familiarized with SCM system is an advantage
Advanced users in MS Office Excel and Word
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, speaking and writing
