- Provide quality services to the customers and lead the customer services team
- Ensure the customer services provided is up to the service standard of the company
- Handle customer enquiries & complaints and cultivate harmonious relationship with customers
- To coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer services and provide assistance to them when required
- Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in customer services field
- Solid working experience in shopping mall is a must
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), other foreign languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
