Due to ongoing expansion, a Japan-based group is looking for several high-caliber candidates for the following positions.On-the-job training will be providedDuties:
  • Provide solutions accordingly for Key Customer's Accounts
  • Conduct regular performance review with customers
  • Supervise a small team to handle interacts with customers
  • Maintain close relationship with Operations, other cross-functional teams and sub-contractors
  • Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the customer KPI are achieved monthly in high standard
  • Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations
Requirements:
  • Working experience in Logistics / Freight forwarding / Key Account Management or relevant disciplines is essential
  • Over 3 years of solid working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
  • Good spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
