- Provide solutions accordingly for Key Customer's Accounts
- Conduct regular performance review with customers
- Supervise a small team to handle interacts with customers
- Maintain close relationship with Operations, other cross-functional teams and sub-contractors
- Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the customer KPI are achieved monthly in high standard
- Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations
- Working experience in Logistics / Freight forwarding / Key Account Management or relevant disciplines is essential
- Over 3 years of solid working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
- Good spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
