  • Follow up after sales service issues
  • Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints
  • Supervise and manage customer service team to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Work closely with technicians and management to steamline service delivery
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Form 5/HKDSE or above holder in any related disciplines
  • 5 years of solid working experience in Customer Service field
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure steamline service
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, positive & helpful attitude
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Office, Chinese input and ERP;
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese
