What you'll be doing
  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement process improvements
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure seamless service
  • Provide training and mentoring to customer service team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track team and individual progress
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the Retail/FMCG sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
