- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement process improvements
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate customer-related activities and ensure seamless service
- Provide training and mentoring to customer service team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track team and individual progress
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the Retail/FMCG sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
