
Customer Service Ambassador

- Handle and resolve client's queries through phone and digital channels (live chat, email).
- Liaise and collaborate with related business units and parties to resolve customers queries.
- Gatekeeping and Quality Control. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards.
- Provide first-level investigation to identify the root cause and case owners, propose solution and constructive advice for continuous improvement.
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls, facilitate engagement to Sales representative to meet the business target.
- HKCEE / DSE or above, with IIQE license - 1,2, or 3 is a must
- Experience in insurance industry or customer services background is highly preferred
- Experiences in basic policy administration knowledge is a plus
- Team player, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in reading and writing English; native Cantonese speaking
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
