We are now seeking applicants with interests to join our great team of competent and enthusiastic people to pursue the career in building construction industry.Job Responsibilities:

Provide on site support to QS team;
Prepare payment application, valuation of variation, estimation;
Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payment;
Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement and
Handle ad-hoc activities as required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
2+ years relevant experience in Government Projects or Public Institutions;
Proactive, self-initiated, independent, detail-minded and a team player with positive working attitude
