- Support solution selling into prospect accounts;
- Partner with Sales team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles;
- Model the financial business cases associated with sales opportunities;
- Successfully match customer pain points with tailored solutions;
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition;
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses;
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D team for future product development;
- Collect and document competitive intelligence;
- Lead elaboration of Engineering Services Technical Tenders under leadership of Account Manager or Sales Director;
- Support proactive engagement with customer with regards to our installed base by proactive proposal in terms of overhaul, upgrades in order to create new opportunities and optimize the business on our installed base.
- Degree holder in Engineering;
- Minimum 3-4 years technical sales experience, preferably in B2B environment;
- Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions. Previous experience in railway, building and construction, engineering or automotive industry is preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Good team player, self-motivated with customer-focused and result oriented mindset;
- Willingness to travel for customer visits across the territory.
