
Project Manager, Global Fulfilment Programs( Supply Chain/ Distribution Centre)

- Manage and deliver key APAC Projects in support of APAC Fulfilment & Logistics
- Build detailed program/project plans, roadmaps, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
- Work with internal stakeholders to create program and project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans for both
- Facilitate solutions with cross-functional partners to manage requirements, solution design and their delivery
- Conduct detailed business analysis in support problem solving; developing business process mapping and devising providing solution options to support management decisions
- Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the program scope
- Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific program scope of service requirements
- Develop presentation content and manage executive-level updates and business reviews
- Work closely with peers across Global Fulfillment, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management and execution

- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in consulting, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environment
- Experience with supply chain, distribution centre programs and/or working directly with 3rd party logistics (3PL) organizations
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE or regional equivalent of project and program related certifications a plus
- Experience in Program and Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
- Experience with managing RFI/RFP processes including requirements, vendor scorecards and evaluation
- Experience with managing project budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Project
- Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into simple narrative and recommendations for senior executive leaders
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and cross-functional relationship-building skills
- Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results driven
- Thrive in bringing structure to ambiguity to drive business results
- Passion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibility
- Written and verbal communication skills in English; Japanese and/or Chinese an asset
