Job SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven talent to join our team in Hong Kong as Manager, Operations Excellence within our FMCG business.As a Manager, Operations Excellence you act as a project manager to manage assigned projects related to workflow efficiency, sales force effectiveness. Apart from sales operation tasks of the business unit, you will support automation and integration to improve workflow streamlining.General Responsibilities
  • Supervise sales operations activities in FMCG businesses
  • Work with Regional Office and Local IT personnel to implement projects, tools, and systems to support sales activities
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand business needs under changing markets and recommend best fit solutions to improve sales effectiveness
  • Support automation and integration project on workflow streamlining
  • Set up of KPI to monitor sales force effectiveness
  • Identify sales reporting requirements and provide reporting platforms/reports
  • Install and maintain systems on mobile tablets/phones and recording hardware log
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma holder / Sub-degree holder in Operations Management / BBA or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience, preferably with FMCG / retail / fast-moving industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • SAP Sales Distribution and/or Material Master modules user experience is an advantage
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
