- Provide comprehensive professional secretarial and administrative support to an Executive
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting documents and reports
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence, records and facilitate communication
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines with secretarial training preferred
- At least 5 years of secretarial experience in serving executives in sizeable organizations
- Experience gained from property developer or real estate industry is an advantage
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Trustworthiness and reliability with a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communicational skills, detail-oriented, accountable and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
