  • Support the operations of property valuation team in reviewing the market value of collateralised properties, collaborating with and supporting other departments for sufficient property information as well as actuate and timely valuation, etc.
  • Handle verbal valuation/ land search request
  • Prepare property review file for upload to system
  • Review and updates procedure manual
  • Negotiate with surveyor firms on valuation fee
  • Collect property information
  • Prepare statistics report
  • Handle other duties assigned by supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate Degree / Degree holder in Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ experience in property valuation is preferred
  • A team player, self-driven with a positive and can do working attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
