- Handle inquiries from visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- manage visitor appointments and ensure efficient use of meeting rooms and facilities
- Handle incoming messages, calls and emails, ensuring accurate communication of information
- Assist with office facilities tasks as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Form 5 / DSE and above with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in sizeable companies
- Experience in a corporate reception or five-star hotel environment is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, cheerful, and energetic, with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fast learner, open mind, motivated with passion and curiosity to learn
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is essential.
