You will get teammates with support in the company.Job Description:- Provided first-tier technical support for daily operations, such as Windows hardware and networking, to ensure timely resolutions.- Troubleshoot and support diverse systems and applications, including Windows operating systems, VMware virtualization, and backup operations.- Maintain IT asset inventory records and perform routine operational tasks to ensure system efficiency.- Document standard support and operational procedures to build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.- Assist in the coordination and implementation of IT projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.- Provide after-hours system support and rapid response to critical issues as needed.- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the IT team’s objectives.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science or a related field- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows system support, including Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop, and Active Directory.- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud services and virtualization technologies, such as VMware.- Working knowledge of storage systems and networking fundamentals.- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a well-organized approach.- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality, service-oriented support.- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).Interested parties, please send me your CV to [email redacted, apply via Company website] with your expected salary and notice period.
