Diagnose and fix issues on Apple devices; perform maintenance and upgrades.
Support students, staff, and faculty with technical issues; provide device care guidance.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain records of repairs and share solutions for common problems.
Liaise closely with senior IT staff; assist in training users on new tools.

Requirements:

Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields.
Apple Certified Support Professional certification is a plus.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
Fresh graduates with basic knowledge of Apple products are welcome.
Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
Sincere, proactive to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
