Arranging interviews and reserving venue when necessary.
Posting Job Advertisement to recruitment channels.
Handling pre-employment medical check and uniform fitting for all Staff.
Preparing new join kit before the commencement date and handling the employment check-in process on the commencement date.
Managing an accurate Staff Locker System.
Managing the Time Attendance System and ensure it runs smoothly.
Assist in organizing staff recreational / promotional activities whenever necessary
Arranging Orientation Program for new hires

Requirements:

Diploma / Higher diploma or above in Human Resources, Hospitality, Training or Business Administration
Good communications skill
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
