- Formulate and develop marketing plan and strategies and implement various end-to-end credit card acquisition marketing campaigns to drive business growth and meet business targets
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities, conduct analysis and based on performance data to provide recommendations on marketing strategies
- Manage different kinds of credit card and related products from design to implementation.
- Collaborate with other teams and manage external vendor supplier for smooth logistics and execution of programs, card features maintenance & project enhancement to align on activities, as well as to drive and leverage the best practices
- Keep abreast of latest market trend, competitor activities and customer spending behavior of different segments, to identify opportunities, initiates product ideas and ongoing features/ benefits tailored for each target segment
- Ensure all program/projects are adhered to banking practice, compliance and regulatory requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in credit card/banking/financial products business
- Creative, flexible, analytical, well-organized and strong marketing execution skills with excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and able to work independently and handle multitask
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with excellent negotiation and influential skills
- Proficiency in and MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
