  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for event bookings and related services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, including space, catering, and audiovisual needs, etc.
  • Coordinate with banquet, catering, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Conduct site visits and tours to showcase facilities and build client confidence.
  • Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and local event demand to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement creative sales campaigns to attract new clients and promote off-peak bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and packages for events.
  • Partner with the banquet and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Participate in regular sales and revenue management meetings to align on hotel goals.
  • Perform Ad hoc tasks as assigned by department head.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, event planning, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of event planning, catering, and banquet operations is a plus.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Event Sales Manager
