Manage new project includes network design, service design and implementation
Perform expansion & new platforms acceptance, commissioning and deployment in CMHK network
Responsible for software upgrade preparation, verification and deployment in CMHK network
Analyse complain cases and provide resolution with vendors and service providers
Plan for network change request in CMHK network
Support normal operation and maintenance in CMHK network platforms
24 hours on call and onsite support required

To be successful in this position, yous hould meet the following requirements:

Degree in Electronic, Computer or Telecommunication or equivalent
2 years or above experience in telecom / IP network/IT field
Experienced system knowledge with hardworking, highly responsible and good analytical ability
Familiar with mobile switch is preferable
Initiative, independent and good interpersonal skills
Good trouble shooting ability and fault analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
