We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager, Marketing and Client Engagement, to join our client team. This role focuses on driving marketing initiatives while also taking on sales KPIs, making it ideal for individuals with a strong marketing background who are eager to expand their sales skills.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and meet company goals.Drive sales efforts to achieve targeted KPIs.Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies.Conduct market research and gather insights to improve client engagement initiatives.Collaborate with our client team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales objectives.Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to sales.Solid experience in Financial Services, Securities, or Financial Institutions.Proven ability to achieve marketing and sales targets and drive client engagement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).A proactive, hunter mindset with a passion for driving results.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
