Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining sales records, tracking sales activities, customer records maintenance, account administration support, etc.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operationsSupport customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerPerform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferredExperience in sales operations, sales support, or a related fieldExperience with e-commerce and retail systems (such as POS, CRM, ERP)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectivelyKnowledge of operating Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
