
Admin Officer | Logistics company

- Provide general office support including courier arrangements, procurement, pantry and supplies management, office maintenance, and access control
- Manage vendor relationships
- Review and appoint vendors/service providers as needed
- Coordinate fire drills and ensure occupational safety compliance
- Handle clerical tasks, payment vouchers, and invoice processing
- Arrange travel bookings for staff and visitors
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Support company events and activities
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Higher diploma or above preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and MS Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and a team player
- Able to work independently with a flexible and proactive attitude
- Immediate availability preferred
