About Our ClientA leading multinational organization in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Officer to join their team in a confidential search. This role offers an opportunity to support HR administration and office operations within a dynamic, global environment, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.Job DescriptionHR Administration:
  • Manage recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Handle contract preparation, document verification, and maintenance of employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects as assigned, providing operational support to the HR team.
  • Note: This role does not include Compensation & Benefits (C&B) responsibilities.
Office Administration:
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations, including facilities management and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Arrange flight and accommodation bookings for directors on business trips, coordinating travel logistics efficiently.
  • Support general administrative tasks to maintain a productive office environment.
The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration and office management, preferably in a multinational or corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in recruitment logistics, contract handling, and document management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in office administration, including supplies procurement, travel arrangements, and facilities coordination.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/administrative software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
