- Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for statutory compliance for the Group
- Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of annual reports, announcements, circulars and correspondences with Stock Exchange
- Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of documents for board meetings
- Handle ad-hoc company secretarial duties as assigned
- Graduate or Associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute
- Degree in Business or related disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial field
- Good knowledge in the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal skill, proactive, independent, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure
