ResponsibilitiesProvide full spectrum of executive assistant & secretarial support to Human Resources & Administration Team and Management Office.Organize the daily schedules and business appointments to ensure executive’s time is well-organized.Prepare meeting agenda and minutes, performance reports and presentation materials.Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on meeting arrangements.Handle incoming calls and greeting visitors and guests.Assist in organizing company events and activities.Travel arrangements – booking flights, hotels and coordinating itineraries for business trip.Project coordination – assisting with administrative tasks related to key projects.Hospitality – coordinate & organize company dinners/luncheon/gifting.Handle administrative duties and provide support to reception counter when necessary.RequirementsDiploma in Business Administration or related disciplinesAt least 2 years’ of relevant experiencesExcellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, details-minded, able to work under pressure and with multi-tasking abilityMaster of MS Office applications including OutlookFluent in spoken English, Cantonese & PutonghuaProficiency in written English and ChineseWe offer competitive salary and attractive benefits to the right candidates.
