- Drive business - managing the team along with setting priorities and objectives, monitoring sales trends and key performance indicators, following client satisfaction
- Offer an outstanding experience - ensure all clients feel welcomed and cared for and deliver an exceptional level of service
- Develop the team - uniting the team behind common goals, coaching team members, following-up improvement, participating to recruitment process, nurturing the team's knowledge
- Run in-store operations - supervising boutique operations and back-office activities, ensuring policies are respected, growing operational excellence.
- Design the optimal organization, recruit the right profiles and lead and develop the team
- Drive performance of the boutique, communicate, federate and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the brand and their collective and individual implication
- Defines and implements actions to deliver the commercial objectives of the boutique, based on performance and KPI review under consideration of competencies and environment
- Acts as the warrant of a unique and highly professional client service within the boutique
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions
- Acts as an Ambassador of the Maison and builds direct contact with VIPs
- Is responsible for operations in compliance with all group, brand and boutique policies and procedures and all safety regulations
- Represents and promotes the values and image of the brand, ensures a representative and professional image of the team
- Ensures exceptional visual merchandising and proper boutique maintenance
- Management experience in luxury retail, University degree preferred
- Ability to lead and develop people, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen, ability to think strategically, high level of self-organization
- Result-driven, pro-active, flexible and self-starting, high intrinsic motivation
- Sense of luxury, excellent representation skills, eloquence and fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Computer and digital savviness, experienced in social media (IG, Red Note)
