- Utilizing data analytics to improve platform usage and optimize straight-through processing
- Providing support for production issues and handling suer inquiries related to the digital platforms
- Completing all assigned work tasks which assigned by solutions manager / assistant solutions manager in order to support the project implementation and delivery by following the prescribed standard and timeline.Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out business impact assessment, assist solutions manager & business users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases and expected outputs
- Gather business requirements, perform analysis to evaluate the information gathered and help business users define application workflow / system enhancement areas to address end users’ business needs as well as being customer focused, perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed system enhancement
- Execute user acceptance test, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification
- Responsible for project documentations which are clearly defined and in sufficient detail for system implementation
- Ensure all change requests from end users / IT are managed and approved in accordance with project methodology
- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Business Analysis (exposure in insurance / financial industry is definitely as assets)
- Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must). Mandarin is a plus.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and operations (preferrable)
- Knowledge of project management skills and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in data analysis tools is a plus
- UI/UX and quality assurance experience is an advantage
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills with positive and proactive mindset
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate internal facing and technical information to customer-friendly language
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision while being a good team player
