- Providing administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Contributing to process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
- A background in company secretarial function within professional services.
- Experience in handling offshore matters (BVI and Cayman Island).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- An understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
