About Our ClientOur client is a renowned offshore law firm, who have a strong fiduciary business, offering full spectrum company secretarial support to their clients in offshore jurisdictions.Job DescriptionAs a Corporate Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and maintaining corporate records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes as required.
  • Handling correspondence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements for corporate governance.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of statutory filings and reports.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Providing administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Contributing to process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Corporate Administrator should have:
  • A background in company secretarial function within professional services.
  • Experience in handling offshore matters (BVI and Cayman Island).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • An understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
