The acquisition enhanced Synergis’ overall business strength and long-term development capabilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which will ultimately benefit the Company and our customers.We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of.Responsibilities

Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records;
Attend IO meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary and answer emergency call;
Supervise and monitor the performance of other technical staff and technicians;
Prepare tender documents and familiar with tendering procedures on engineering works;
To prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client;
Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure;
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent;
Minimum 7 - 9 years working experience in property maintenance;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) preferable and Safety Card;
Knowledge in renovation works preferred.
