- Manage banking client with 15 retail branches
- Supervise a team of 7 technicians
- Report to a Technical Manager
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Review work orders and resolve issues.
- Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience.
- Assist with implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
- Determine that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
