- Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide network support, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of the data center, including hardware installations and environmental monitoring.
- Support ERP systems by coordinating with vendors and internal users for issue resolution and system improvements.
- Deliver technical support for hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices) and software (OS, productivity tools, business applications).
- Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for IT-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and assist in audits or security reviews as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and upgrades.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in IT administration or support roles.
- Solid knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and data center operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken)
