- Overall product/platform development & enhancement of Managed Security Services as well as the Security Professional Services solutions and management including service/product planning, service creation, product commercialization and product lifecycle management
- Managing vendors, liaise with business partners, internal stakeholders, and formulate strategies for service/product positioning and pricing, end-to-end service provisioning workflow
- Business planning, go-to-market execution and performance tracking of new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the services, and channel communication
- Regularly obtain latest technologies & applications development to enrich the overall service/solutions.
- University graduate in Information Systems or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ product development/management experience of which 5 years in Cyber Security services/products/solutions
- Relevant experience/knowledge in the following areas: Managed security services / Security services development/operation
- Certification, including CISSP, or CISA, or CEH
- Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
- Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
