Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing the HRIS - Workday and guide different internal parties in its use
Support all HR users adapting to Workday, including reports, analytics, and SAP integration.
Create local Workday reports by referencing global templates.
Train key users and create user guides for Workday.
Manage local solutions that work with the HRIS, be the main contact for HR users and local stakeholders.

Requirement:

Degree or diploma in Information Systems, HR Analytics, or a related field
At least 1-3 years of Workday experience
Experienced in implementing HRIS solutions / System transformation is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong commercial awareness.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
