To facilitate the HR transformation journey (payroll processes in specific), this MNC brand is looking for a junior HRIS Analyst to support customization of HRIS processes and workflows through the coordination and liaison with internal business stakeholders, IT team and external vendors. This position sits under HR team and would be suited to candidates with experience on Workday and HR processes.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various parties to implement Workday HRIS
  • Facilitate the adoption and usage of HRIS through internal training and production support
  • Assist to troubleshoots and provide users with step-by-step guidance
  • Gather requirements and pain points from business users on the usage of HRIS system
  • Coordinate with external vendors on system changes and feature enhancements
  • Develop training manuals and provide training sessions to internal users
  • Create UAT test plans and execute UAT activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3+ years' experience in HRIS systems; familiar with SAP SuccessFactors
  • With sound knowledge of HR, recruitment, payroll and appraisal workflows
  • Good stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and at ease with engaging mainland users
  • Strong command of Chinese - Both Cantonese and Mandarin
