- Keep records of scheme benefits
- Process contributions and benefit payments
- Handle investment election and switching
- Issue annual benefit statements
- Maintain member website for members to access scheme information
- Provide member hotline for enquires
- Prepare schemes’ financial statements
- Assist annual audit and annual return
- Manage and coach a small team to ensure progress against established budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services.
- Respond to and resolve complex issues, including those escalated by the team member
- Monitor the flow of day-to-day operations to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
- Promote and provide training, coaching and mentoring to ensure staff are continuously developed
- Participate in process and technology transformation programs if needed
- Create a culture of continuous review and improvement across people, process and technology
- Positively represent the administration function to both internal and external senior stakeholders
- Retain existing business
- Expertise in ORSO scheme administration
- 5+ years relevant experience, ideally with team management experience
- Ability to think strategically and to understand client's business issues
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building/relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English in a business context is essential.
