Kroll distinguishes itself in matters of particularly complexity, involving a breach of trust or requiring international reach or deep industry insight.Our clients include banks, asset-based lenders, funds, private equity houses, solicitors, financial sponsors, corporates and individuals.Our Restructuring team leverages the full capabilities of Kroll's global platform, including our industry-leading valuation and opinions practices, our expert witness and investigations practices and our transaction advisory services.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience of:
  • Leading high-profile receivership, insolvency, restructuring and advisory assignments in the real estate and construction sectors involving complex cross-border matters
  • Conducting valuation and accounting investigation for real estate and construction restructuring, insolvency and advisory work
  • Growing and managing cases and projects, sourcing opportunities through external relationships and kroll's existing internal network
  • Driving growth and related strategic initiatives
  • Leading, supervising and training members of the team
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and legislative framework
  • Developing and implementing business development activities
  • Working in a dynamic organization across geographies in Asia and offshore jurisdictions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major;
  • A minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience including real estate disciplines, operational and financial restructuring, and potentially investigations;
  • Holder of recognized Restructuring and/or Real Estate accreditation;
  • Strong network across the real estate and construction sector, and with international and local law firms, corporates, and/or other relevant clientele;
  • Highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen;
  • Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
