We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager, Staff engagement & HR efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, enhance performance, and support the overall HR strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR policies, frameworks, and programs to create a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities:Employee Engagement
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Manager to promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Foster understanding and communication among employees, ensuring an open, responsive, and harmonious working environment.
  • Employee Engagement Programs: Drive & roll out local and regional employee engagement programs with the topics include Employee Appreciation, D&I, Health & Wellbeing, annual dinner, and more.
  • Manage the Employee Engagement Survey. Communicate survey results and provide a framework for the management team to work on improvement initiatives with the assistance of the HRBP
  • Enhance employer branding by coordinating employer awards applications and internal communications
HR Performance Management & Reporting
  • Oversee the HR effectiveness, collation, and validation of country reporting. Prepare regular HR KPI reports and perform data analysis to assist in business decision-making.
  • Develop mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HR organization, HR performance, HR reporting.
  • Identify trends, and make recommendations in collaboration with other HR functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
  • Experience in managing employee surveys and using survey results to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
