Responsibilities:Responsible for daily Logistics operation, inbound and outbound shipment;Manage daily logistics and with warehouse (3PL) operation, Process data input, Tradelink & billing, Ensure inventory accuracy;Participate in Logistics System Enhancement;Assist in process development on overall logistics,Advantage for Knowledge with freight forwards (sea import & export)Coordinating with relevant parties for cargo loading and consolidation plans;Cooperate with factories, suppliers and client ensure documents accuracy; shipping instructions, timely payments and final settlements;Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.Qualifications:Non-degree tertiary or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines;Minimum 1 year Shipping/Ocean Operation experience in Forwarder/Manufacturing industryExperience in handle full set of import & export shipping document or handle sea import & export document, FCL/LCL.Well-organized, independent and with good communications skills;Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);Proficient in MS Office Applications;Immediate Available is an advantage.Interested parties please send full resume with job responsibilities, career history, education, skills, current & expected salary, and date available in PDF Format.(Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.)All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
