Assist to remote monitor lift and escalator by using cutting edge technology
Identify potential risks, analyze root cause and recommend constructive solutions from remote monitoring findings
Coordinate internally with other engineers, technical support and call center
Prepare trouble shooting analysis / incident investigation reports
Conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for improvement solutions
Implement and roll out company new technology, such as Internet of Things, cloud-based applications and mobile apps, to enhance operational efficiencies
Provide site support for special cases, field program and other ad hoc field issue

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline
Team player for group projects and passionate in problem solving
Knowledge on IoT, AI and Machine learning will be advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
