Walking with Members through every milestone and achievement, The Executive Centre empowers ambitious professionals and organisations to succeed.Privately owned and headquartered in Hong Kong, TEC provides first class Private and Shared Workspaces, Business Concierge Services, and Meeting & Events facilities to suit any business' needs.The role is responsible for the overall People Strategy and Human Resource function across all locations in Hong KongThe incumbent is responsible for all HR activities including the implementation of the Human Capital strategy which captures:Talent acquisitionTalent managementSuccession planningPerformance managementCompensation and benefits and finalising staff cost budgetsEmployee engagementWorkforce planningLearning and development initiatives that includes developing career paths for employeesThe incumbent should be able to develop competitive employee retention strategies and should have comprehensive knowledge and solid experience of dealing with employee relations.Main responsibilities:Strategic HR Business PartnerDrives the overall people strategy, collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels to achieve outcomes in line with the overall organisational strategy across different functional areasBe a change agent in driving an inclusive culture in the organisationManagerial ResponsibilitiesMotivate and retain high quality team to achieve desired productivity and standardsBuild a performance-enabling culture and provide guidance for the team to excelGovernanceEnsuring Human Resource processes are compliant with local regulationsEnsure Human Resources and office administration operations are operating in line with legislative requirements and are compliant with the group policies and philosophy in order to safeguard the company from potential legal, regulatory and repetitional risksReview, recommend and implement changes of HR Policies and procedures and practices to ensure it aligns with market practices, legal and regulatory requirements and Group policiesQualifications and Experience Requirements:Bachelors degree and/or post-graduate degreeAt least 3-5 years' experience working in the industry in HRExperience working in a multinational environment is preferableA high level of confidence in day to day working and presentation to EXCOAbility to operate autonomously in an ambiguous environmentFamiliar with local Labor Laws & local compliance; experience of engaging with labour departments is an additional advantageStrong people management skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsKnowledge across technical HR functional areasStrong analytical skillsAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentFluency in English and Chinese essentialSolid experience in managing SAP Success Factor is a plusAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
