We are looking for the following talent:Job Description:
  • Assist in sourcing qualified suppliers and obtaining quotations; maintain good relationships with suppliers and stay updated on market pricing trends.
  • Support the preparation of price comparison reports and quotation updates; identify and recommend new suppliers and products as needed.
  • Process purchase requests and consolidate orders from user departments, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up on amendments or cancellations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure product quality, quantity, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory system, including item descriptions, pricing, and vendor details.
  • Ensure compliance with established purchasing SOPs and internal control measures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of relevant experience with procurement knowledge of food, beverage, and wine (experience in hotel or private club an advantage); Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience may be considered for the role of Purchasing Clerk
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems such as Materials Control is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Detail-oriented, proactive with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
