c) Generation of CAS, credit rating, rating summary and obligor table in CMTReview Credit / Compliance checklists to ensure regulatory and internal requirements are met which includea) HKMA Checklist
b) Annual Review Checklist
c) ESG Checklist
d) Covenants Tracking Worksheet
e) DSCR computation (including IPRE)Letter of Offer (LO) to facilitate line implementationa) Review LO and/or supporting documents
b) Review letters to external counsels (for security documents) or LO drafted by external counsels
c) Attend to queries on LO by customerJob RequirementsDegree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or relevant concentrationsAt least 8 -10 years credit analysis experience in corporate banking sector, i.e. local blue chips, red chips and mid-capSound credit and business knowledge in corporate banking spaceStrong at analytical/ logical presentationsSelf-motivated, detail-minded and customer focusedLanguage proficiency in English, Mandarin and CantoneseHolder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (CRM) accredited by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) is preferredAdditional RequirementsDevelop, Engage, Execute, StrategiseBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
