1. to provide system analysis, administration, configuration, operation and support for system and equipment of TLB, including network infrastructure, virtualization and various applications and Government Office Automation (GOA) facilities;
2. to monitor work performance and conduct quality assurance of project deliverables from outsourced contractors;
3. to provide security management of systems and infrastructure of TLB; and
4. to carry out other duties as assigned by management.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0

Requirements 1. Solid knowledge and minimum 10 years' experience in system integration, system administration and technical support, in which minimum 5 years' experience in the support and administration of GOA facilities, network and infrastructure;
2. Solid experience in leading IT support team and managing IT hotline and helpdesk support;
3. Solid experience in managing Huawei and H3C campus network, Fortnet and PaloAlto security gateway, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization with Veeam and vSphere, data protection using ONTAP and StoreSafe, and the common services in Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) and Central Electronioc Recordkeeping System (Central ERKS);
4. Solid experience with network and systems management tools, including but not limited to Huawei iMaster NCE-CampusInsight, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Log360 and OpManager;
5. Solid experience in the implementation of security measures for IT systems
6. Solid experience in preparing work assignment briefs and requirement specifications, managing outsourcing contractors and reviewing deliverables from contractors
7. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
8. Priority would be given to candidates who possess the following professional certificate:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Server Infrastructure
9. May be required to work outside normal office hours including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as and when required
10. Mainly working at Admiralty, will occasionally work at remote offices at Wong Chuk Hang, Chek Lap Kok or other offices as and when required
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP);
. At least 5 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 5 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Network Design (NDN) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Excellent written English is a must;
. At least 5 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. At least 5 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. At least 4 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT audit (ITA);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. 4 years' experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
