- Assist in EBS ERP project implementation and development process.
- Use Oracle Forms and ReportNet tools.
- Co-ordinate with team members to execute implementation tasks.
- Perform existing system’s updates, maintenance, support & trouble shoot.
- Understand and collect users requirements and feedback.
- Interact with end users to provide application and technical consultancy.
- Provide help desk support and solution to Office end users.
- Deliver information system training to end users.
- Maintain good working relationship with users.
- Degree Holder in Computer Studies, Information System or related discipline.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Team player, hardworking, self-starter and responsible.
- 5 years of solid experience in ERP Oracle Application system implementation and/or support.
- Experience with Microsoft/Network is a plus.
