- Manage a wide variety of human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication, training and development, and human resources information system (HRIS)
- Assist in the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures
- Engage in the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and HR projects
- Provide executive support to the human resources-related committees of the University
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Extensive human resources experience in sizable organizations
- Pro-active, resourceful and service-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and other computer software applications, including HRIS
