MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:· Oversee multiple HR functions or teams, such as recruitment, compensation, or employee relations.· Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or change management.· Partner with senior business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions.· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, HR system, tactics and procedures across the organization for HK and its subsidiaries in PRC· Maintain C&B, including annual review, performance management and benefits program· Design and develop the pay structure in line with the labor market, including establish jobs grade, jobs description and salaries benchmarking· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance by adopting appropriate key performance indicators.· Formulate and facilitate all HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, manpower planning & organizational development according to the Company strategic goal and business plan, act as a business partner to provide HR solutions and recommendations in all aspects.· Administer payroll and staff compensation programs as well as pension to ensure accuracy, compliance and cost effectiveness.· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management· To keep abreast of any changes and updates in the labor legislation and local employment practices.· Others ad hoc tasks as assigned.· Occasionally travel to different offices in HK and PRC.SKILLS:Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, people practices, HR disciplines such as recruiting and talent development.Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations and related regulatory requirements for HK, and PRC is an advantage.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.Competitive drive, strong work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed.Impeccable time management & decision-making skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.Ability to manage and drive key projects while influencing change.Good communication and inter-personal skillsExcellent PC skills and proficient in MS Excel, Word and power Point.Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese;Putonghua fluency is highly desired.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
