Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries;
  • Maintain good relationship with vendors and customers;
  • Liaise with channel partners and suppliers to meet strategic business goals;
  • Capture profitable and long-term business from assigned clients to achieve monthly sales targets;
  • Conduct proactive sales calls;
  • Prepare sales analysis report to Manager ;
  • Process sales orders on a timely and accurate manner;
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines is preferable
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Inside Selling/ Account Servicing / Telemarketing is preferred;
  • Ability to learn about products & services and present to customers;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to details and willing to learn;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Immediate availability is preferred;
  • More experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager.
